Join the Bumkins and Smacks as they take part in the The Oyster Challenge Match at West Mersea.

Oyster Smacks are all welcome to join in the Three hour pursuit race at West Mersea for the Smacks with classes for Slow, Medium, Fast and Super Fast

The Heritage Bumkins are also taking part in a two to two and half pursuit race out in the river.

The remaining MFOB fleet are welcome to join in with a separate course, more details on the day, weather dependant of course.

Head ashore to West Mersea Yacht Club for around 1400h/1430h

And as if that was not enough racing for you there will be a Punt Race at 1500h !

BBQ and Music will be laid on for your entertainment after the Prize Giving.

Don’t forget its the Mersea Dredging Match the next morning so not too late dancing !!
